Good location,the swimming pool ideal for the heat.The subway, shopping center, supermarkets,fruterias,ice cream parlors,restaurants, everything is very close the building is quiet you rest wonderfully ,laundry area very good washing machine and clothesline.

Location good as it is available from the subway exit Valecarros and Mercadona. There are options for breakfast nearby. It also has a swimming pool and tennis court in its facilities. Comfortable apartment.
I liked the location and that it is a very quiet apartment, we were comfortable the 3 nights we spent, as a tip, I would buy four simple Ikea furniture for the living room and give it a more modern touch, especially for young people, but we will repeat for sure.
